Ralph engages in extensive freelance work alongside his work with the choirs and courses he directs. Ralph's arrangements of popular carols, one entitled Choral Beats and another of 24 choral tracks of pastiche of various styles, have been published commercially by Extreme Music plc. As an editor for Novello and Co, he has currently produced five collections. Ralph also runs choral workshops and masterclasses for choirs and individuals wishing to develop their singing. In addition, he is available to adjudicate in musical and choral competitions.
