The Stonebridge Choral Course offers unique opportunities to children aged 9 - 15 to experience the excitement of playing in a full symphony orchestra, concert band or other ensemble in a secure and friendly residential environment. In 2010, Ralph joins the staff of these course as its musical director, assisted by sectional tutors who are professional musicians. Check the calendar for this year's dates.
During the week players will work hard at a range of music, first with the sectional tutors and later as a whole group. Each course ends with a concert. Free time is equally important and a range of activities are organised every afternoon. Stonebridge Choral Courses are open to all, irrespective of school, and means-tested bursaries are offered.
